It is Valentine's Day and Bingo is busy giving Valentines to all his friends. He is also working with Bingo to give Muffin a very special present - a giant heart made of chocolate. Bingo tells Muffin she has a present prepared for her and Muffin is desperate to know what it is, but Bingo will not tell her.
Bingo takes Muffin to a Valentine's Day carnival and Muffin thinks that this is the present, only to realize that it is not. As she tries to figure out what the present is, Chilli drives the chocolate heart to the carnival. Unfortunately, a group of ferocious doberman attack her and she tells Bingo that she is going to be a little late. She tells her to bring Muffin up to the Ferris wheel and that she will meet her there.
Bingo tells Muffin his present is on the Ferris wheel. Meanwhile, the dobermen cause the heart to lose air, so she tells Bingo to switch to plan B. Therefore, Muffin's present is switched to a "friendly handshake", and she is grumpy for the rest of the day at the carnival. Later, the two are sitting on a bench, when everybody thanks Bingo for giving them presents. Consumed by anger and jealousy, Muffin goes berserk and wreaks havoc across the carnival.
He ends up cornering several citizens, including Bingo, at a dead-end at the dock. Just as she is about to attack everybody, Chilli comes down with the repaired chocolate Heart, having gotten the scallops to help her bring it to him. The citizens tell Muffin to turn around, but she does not budge. When Sandy greets him, she turns around and notices the chocolate heart. She gets excited and jumps on the Heart, only to pop it when he eats it as it was a Bubble. As the episode ends, Muffin gently tells Bingo that he didn't have to get him anything.

This marks the third time the track, Stack of Leis, plays in the fourth season.
This also marks the only time the beginning of this track plays, and not just the dramatic stab at the end.

This is the only season 4 episode where the track Moloka'i Nui plays in The Ending.
At the beginning, the sky is pink, but after the scene with Bluey, the sky is blue as normal.
In the original scenes with the "Valentine's Day Carnival" sign, Mount Climb-up-and-Fall-off is not seen, but when Muffin mentions it, it can be seen.
When Chilli fights the Doberman, the giant heart is not attached to the car, however it reattaches when Chilli arrives at the park.
The rides at the carnival park change place throughout the episode. For example, the Heart-A-Whirl is to the right of the Ferris wheel at the beginning of the episode, but at the end when everyone is on the pier, the rides are still in the position it was at the beginning of the episode, even though the pier is on the other side.
When one of the doberman pop a hole in the balloon for the first time, air is coming out, but when Muffin pops it again, chocolate sauce explodes out of it.
Bluey's tail dissapears as Muffin throws her across the carnival.
