Jay Koolie is a recurring character in Bluey. His first appearance was in Cavedogs, where he was a new student at Bluey's School.
Appearance[]
Jay is a Blue Merle Koolie with blue, tan, dark blue, and white fur. He appears somewhat similar to Bluey. He also has a black nose.
Personality[]
Jay is an energetic puppy who loves to run. He is nice and friendly, but rather timid with new people.

- Jay can be considered a part of the "similar breed" trio with Bluey and Rusty.
- He has the general body shape of Bluey.
- He has the nose shine shape and a variation of the tail shape of Rusty.
- His name is inspired by how his colour palette resembles a blue or Steller's jay.
- Teaset implies he may have a learning disability, most likely Dyslexia.
- Jay was designed by Curls Paws, but was given to another user[1]
